Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Mert Tuna Ozerdem (“we”) for the use of the BECOME app. By creating an account you accept them.

What BECOME is

BECOME creates AI-generated images and short motivational messages based on the information and photo you provide, delivers them on a schedule you choose, and calculates general calorie, protein and meal-structure targets from the measurements you enter, adjusted weekly from your weigh-ins. It is a motivation tool. The targets are general guidance computed by fixed rules, not medical, nutritional or fitness advice tailored to your health, and the images are not a prediction, promise or guarantee of any physical result.

Who can use it

Your content

You keep all rights to the photo you upload. You give us a limited licence to store it and to send it to our image provider for the sole purpose of creating your daily images, as described in the Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the photo or your account.

Generated images are created for your personal use. You may save and share them. They are AI-generated and should be presented as such if you share them publicly. Do not use the app to create images of anyone other than yourself.

Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people, minors, or content that is unlawful, sexual, hateful or abusive. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Motivation intensity and language

You choose the tone of your daily messages. The “Unfiltered” setting deliberately includes strong language and profanity. It is opt-in and you can change it at any time in the app.

Health and safety

Train responsibly. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional advice, and we are not responsible for injuries or health outcomes.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party AI providers and notification services. Images may occasionally be late, fail, or look different from what you expected. We may change, pause or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Payments

BECOME requires a BECOME Pro subscription, bought in the app through Apple. Plans: weekly ($5.99), monthly ($17.99), six months ($69.99) and yearly ($99.99) in the United States; prices in other countries are shown in the app before you buy and may include local taxes.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, or from Settings in the app (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

If we offer a free trial, its length is shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts into the paid plan you chose. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If we change a price, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before renewing at the new price.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
